    Serving Size: 8 Servings (1/4 Cup per serving)

    Ingredients: Witch Hazel, Yarrow Root, Rose Petals, Peppermint, Calendula

  • Directions

    Yoni Steam Instructions 

     

    • Place three cups of filtered water into your a pot and bring to a boil.
    • Add one serving of yoni steam  to the water. Stir well.
    • Cover and steep with lid on for five minutes.
    • Turn off heat and allow water to cool with the lid on for 5 minutes.
    • Remove the pot with water and herbs from stove and carefully pour into your seat (make sure to have your vseat positioned in between your toilet seat first).
    • Disrobe from the waist down or put your yoni robe on and carefully sit down your toilet seat, and begin to feel the steam rising up to meet you.
    • If you don’t have a yoni robe, wrap your legs and waist with a warm blanket to keep the steam inside. Note: The steam should feel warm and gentle – if it feels too hot, separate your legs or stand up to avoid burns.
    • Stay sitting, wrapped in warm blanket or yoni robe, over the steam for 25 minutes. 
    • After the steam is finished, move directly from the seat to bed, and wrap yourself up with warm covers. Lie down for at least one hour, or ideally for the entire night.

  • When you shouldn't steam

    When shouldn't you do a yoni steam?

     

    • Don't steam during ovulation if you are trying to conceive
    • Pregnant or if you think you may be pregnant
    • If you have an Intrauterine Device (IUD) (some say you can for only 5-10 minutes)
    • Have an active internal infection (cervical, uterine or ovarian inflammation) with a fever
    • Have any open sores or blisters present- Soak infected area AFTER the blisters have burst, until the infected area has healed
    • Menstruating
